Each year the best of Dryden’s pianists and winners of the Dryden Rotary’s Public Speaking Contest perform at the club’s Annual Performing Arts evening. The meal was once again catered by Nancy Ross caterers.

L-R Victoria Kelly, Sara Robinson, Bella ShieldsWe had some interesting talks from three of the top 4 Public Speaking contestants - 3rd Place Hallie Orchard was unable to be present...but Honorable mention Victoria Kelly gave a convincing talk on the effects of Bullying, - Second place winner Bella Shields told us how pets can control our lives - and first place winner, Sara Robinson and recipient of the Ian Nixon award gave an emotional talk about the effect of Divorce on kids in the family.
 
The evening ended with thanks to the two piano teachers and presentation of flowers to them and plaques to all the Performing Arts winners
